Entree

1. Prawn and Scallop Ravioli – Fresh homemade ravioli filled with a light prawn, scallop and dill mousse, served in a garlic and white wine cream sauce
2. Cherry Tomato and Feta Cheese Tart – Light pastry tart case filled with cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and finished with feta cheese then baked and served warm with a light salad
3. Indonesian Chicken Skewers – Chicken breast marinated and skewered, seared and served on coconut rice with a spicy satay sauce
4. Smoked Salmon Parcels – Smoked salmon formed into a parcel with a filling of crab meat, avocado, cucumber and roast capsicum, finished with a warm lemon and caper sauce
5. BBQ Plum Pork Fillet – Pork fillet marinated in a sweet BBQ and plum sauce and then oven roasted, served with salad of warm roasted potatoes, red onion and roast capsicum
6. Pesto Chicken and Semi Dried Tomato Risotto – Pesto marinated chicken fillet cooked with arborio rice and semi dried tomatoes in a rich chicken stock, finished with shaved parmesan cheese
7. Lamb Ragout Tartlet – rich and tender lamb ragout served in a savoury pastry case with a mint creme fraiche and rocket salad
8. Warm Rare Beef Salad – Eye fillet of beef cooked rare, served with fresh asparagus, olives and fresh parmesan, finished with a warm seeded mustard and thyme cream dressing

Main Course

1. Eye Fillet Mignon - Tender eye fillet steak wrapped in bacon and cooked to your liking, served with a baby spinach and mushroom sauce
2. Peppered Lamb Strap – Lamb backstrap marinated in garlic, red wine and cracked pepper, cooked medium and served with a pink peppercorn and mustard sauce
3. Chicken Fillet -filled with feta cheese, semi dried tomato and basil pesto, finished with a light cream sauce
4. Poached Salmon Steak - served with a lemon zest and fresh dill sauce, accompanied by an asparagus and red onion risotto
5. New York Porterhouse Steak - cooked to your liking and served with creamy mash potatoes, green beans and a rosemary jus
6. Thai Marinated Prawns - Prawns marinated in Thai spices, coriander and lemon grass, pan seared and served with a plum and sweet chilli sauce in a filo pastry basket
7. Seasoned Pork Medallions - Tender pork medallions, seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper, oven roasted and served with a apple and cinnamon chutney
8. Chicken Roulade - Chicken fillet rolled with a mushroom and semi dried tomato farce, served with a seeded mustard and thyme cream sauce
9. Scotch fillet Steak - Tender scotch fillet steak, served on a rich mushroom and rosemary risotto, finished with a garlic and tomato butter
10. Vegetable Lasagna Stack - chargrilled vegetables layered with home made lasagna sheets, goats cheese and a fresh tomato and basil concasse

1. Lemon Tart - Baked with a caramelised finish and served with a lemon zest and passionfruit sauce
2. Chocolate Profiteroles -Traditional profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and topped with a warm chocolate sauce and honeycomb shards
3. Melon Ball Skewers - Rolled in honey and macadamia nuts, served with vanilla bean ice cream and mango coulis
4. Kahlua Mud Cake - Flourless mud cake served warm with a kahlua flavoured chocolate sauce
5. Chocolate Mousse Cups - Rich chocolate mousse served in a dark chocolate basket, accompanied by a berry coulis
6. Banana Caramel Pudding - Banana sponge pudding served warm with caramel sauce and double cream
7. Winter Fruit Crumble - Stewed fruit topped with a cinnamon crumble and oven baked, served with sauce anglaise
